Town of Collingwood Council unanimously approved the Regent project on October 28th. Owned by Mon Desir Canada Inc. and known Municipally as 84 Hurontario Street this .073 ha site will consist of twelve condominium residences and two retail stores. There will also be an underground parking garage with thirteen parking spaces. The project now has Site Plan Approval. Construction drawings are underway.
