A January 2025 staff report provided a status summary of the review of the above noted applications filed by Homefield Communities to facilitate a proposed 376 unit residential development at 496857 Grey Road 2 in Thornbury/Clarksburg.
The related Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment, Draft Plan of Subdivision and
Draft Plan of Condominium applications along with various proposal details and requests by the
applicant of the Town are actively under review.
The applicant has requested additional time to address and respond to questions and issues raised through the Public Meeting and from circulation of the applications to the Town, County and commenting agencies.
