Bill 108 will be proclaimed on September 3rd 2018 with the exception of the sections applying to community Benefit Charges.
A public meeting was held by the Town of Collingwood in July to consider new Development Charges. The Town is considering raising development charges by approximately 30% on single family homes to $30,715.00 These fees are applied to new homes in Collingwood.
