On January 15, 2019 the Ministry of Municipal affairs and Housing released the Draft amended Growth Plan. Comments from the industry have been solicited.
The appeal period has expired for the Town of Blue Mountains new Zoning Bylaw. There were 5 appeals filed
The Town of Blue Mountains comprehensive zoning bylaw was approved by Council in November. The appeal period expires on December 20th, 2018
Grey County’s new official plan is headed to the Province for final approval. On October 25th County Council supported the final draft of the plan which has been more than two years in the making
The new comprehensive Zoning By Law for the Town of Blue Mountains is scheduled to go Council for approval on November 19th.

The County of Grey has been working on a new Official Plan which they are calling Recolour Grey. A draft of the new Official Plan is on the County Web page. An interactive GIS map has also been created to allow folks to compare the current OP with the proposed OP.
