PPS 2020 has been released and is now in full force and effect. We note Part 11 Legislative Authority has been strengthened. The following new paragraph has been added to PPS 2020.
Comments, submissions or advice that affect a planning matter that are provided by the Council of a Municipality , a local board, a planning board, a minister or ministry , board, commission or agency of the government “shall be consistent with” the Provincial Policy Statement.
