The Regent, a Mixed Use project located at 84 Hurontario Street Collingwood has obtained Site Plan Approval. A building permit application will be submitted shortly. The Regent will consist of 12 condominium apartments and 2 retail stores. There will be an underground parking garage with 13 parking spaces to support the resident dwellings. The Owner of the Regent project is Mon Desir Canada Inc.
