Town of Collingwood Draft Offical Plan

The Town of Collingwood has released the 1^st Draft of their Updated Official Plan for public review and comment. Town Staff are seeking direction from Council on July 11th to officially release the Draft and proceed with the public engagement and consultation process.

Timeline:

While the Staff Report does not propose firm dates they indicate the following approximate timeline:

• July 11^th – Release of 1^st Draft
• 1^st week of August – target for community session
• Feedback from this community session would be incorporated into the 2^nd draft
• Early Fall – Target for the statutory open house and public meeting after release of 2^nd draft
• No target t provided for final draft/consideration by Council
