Shelley Wells has been providing broad based real estate, planning, project management and development consulting services since 1980. Her role, across several hundred projects, has been collaborative, either as team leader or a member of an interdisciplinary team. She coordinates complex project teams to address a wide range of real estate, due diligence, urban planning and land development activities.
Shelley is a Registered Professional Planner who draws on extensive executive operational leadership experience in the corporate sector, and more recently as President of Plan Wells Associates. Her core competencies are: value enhancement of real estate assets, navigation of development approvals, and effective project management. She has negotiated and documented project financing, joint venture major tenant, and purchase and sale agreements.
Having managed in diverse real estate sectors and lead multi disciplined professional teams, she has a distinctly entrepreneurial approach. Shelley has achieved a pattern of success through solid communication and relationship management skills. For over thirty years she has been a trusted advisor to senior leaders throughout the real estate industry.
Shelley has met the demands of operational, staff and consulting roles in both line and headquarters environments; and in so doing has learned adaptability and an appreciation for diverse perspectives. She brings effective input and innovative solutions to each client.
