The Town Official Plan (TBM OP2016) contains policies that outline how the Town manages
development and infrastructure servicing in a coordinated manner. Based on information
contained within the Town’s 2020 Water & Wastewater Capacity Assessment Report, the Town
has reached a point where it needs to accelerate expansion of certain infrastructure projects.
A staff report to Committee of the Whole submitted on June 21, 2021 outlined the Town’s ability to service new and proposed growth and development.
