The Town of Collingwood initiated a Development Charges (DC) update in September 2023 and a new DC Background Study is proposed to be released in mid-April. As part of this work, the Town is hosting a virtual development charges technical information session on Monday, April 8th from 9:30-10:30 a.m. A presentation on technical inputs and draft development charge rates will be made and participants will have an opportunity to ask questions. Draft technical analysis which supports the development charge rates will be made available for review in advance of the meeting on the Town’s website at https://www.collingwood.ca/council-government/budget-taxes/development-charges
