Town of Collinwood has advised that significant portions of the Town’s Official Plan are no longer under appeal Town-wide, meaning the policies are now in force and effect for all properties other than those under site-specific appeal.
An updated working copy of the new Official Plan (January 2026) has been posted on the Towns web site. This working copy identifies the remaining policies and mapping that are presumed to still be under appeal.
