On  February 22 Council deferred Staff Report P2022-05 Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment – Servicing
Capacity Allocation Framework for the Town of Collingwood to their next meeting on February 28, 2022. At that time it is expected that Council will pass an amending zoning by-law (By Law 2022-007) to prohibit the use of land or the erection or use of buildings
or structures unless adequate municipal water and wastewater services are available
to service the land, buildings or structures, except where development is permitted on
private individual onsite water and wastewater systems and/or for minor construction
activities.
Council will also confirm at this meeting for the purpose of  satisfying Section 38 of the Planning Act that the Planning Policy Study is complete.

The projected date to lift the INCBL is April 22 2022. If there are appeals to the OLT the ICBL will be extended. The last day for appeal of the By Law will be in late March.
